Body Stiffening with Stitchwelding and Reinforcement Additional reinforcements were added underneath the car in the wheel wells. At suspension attachment points, we added additional stiffening. Also, notice the stick welding in the wheel well. Rust that was found in the lower half of the rear shock supports necessitated the removal and rebuild of those pieces. Rather than using sheet metal here, we used steel pipe and fish plating.	A view under the left, rear wheel well
