Group 5 flares have been manufactured in 22 gauge steel to match
the stock body metal. A Hall Fiberglass GT-5 Kit was used to make the patterns but all sheet metal was fabricated by hand. The Body work is being done by Leonard Hamilton of Hamilton Restorations in Phoenix.
Watching Leonard work at hand forming each piece is like being at a sculptors studio. Definitely an artist at work.
Front flares were built in pieces and welded together over and under.
The rear flares are GT 5 but have been pushed out about another inch and a half to accommodate the tires.
Front marker lights/blinkers have been removed and will be flushed in the front body panel.
