A large company with an existing Information Technology department capable of handling the administration of enterprise-wide solutions may consider the acquisition of an Ex3 Delivered Custom Application.
Ex3 professionals will consult with you to define your business processes. We will provide a business requirements document that will outline the exact specifications of what your new software will do for you and how it will work. We will then adapt our existing functionality to meet your business rules, or create completely new functionality to accommodate your needs. team to monitor the progress of the application. Then, upon completion of the project, Ex3 will work with your IT team to deliver and install the application on your company's network.
After the point when your company has accepted the software, Ex3 will provide an annual maintenance agreement (usually 20% of the software cost) to provide administration support and defect resolution. We will work with your IT team to make sure the software functions up to the specifications in the business requirements document.
